These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wanpkr ("wanpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at wanpkr.club. • Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wanpkr strictly prohibits participation by any person under the age of 21. Age verification documentation will be required before any account becomes fully active and before any withdrawal is processed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion imposed by wanpkr or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• One account only: Only one wanpkr account is permitted per individual person. A single account is also permitted per household address, shared device, and shared IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held therein may be forfeited at wanpkr's absolute discretion.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

wanpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wanpkr may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access the full range of wanpkr services, you must register a player account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. All fields must be completed accurately.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. wanpkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

wanpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that may cause harm to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on the wanpkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wanpkr supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your wanpkr PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. wanpkr does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All requested withdrawals are reviewed within one (1) business day. Processing time varies by payment method but typically does not exceed two (2) business days following approval. wanpkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.

Bonus funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus is detailed in the individual promotion terms.

wanpkr offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and PSL / cricket season promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion.
• wanpkr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward bonus wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are available in each promotion's terms.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses and any associated winnings not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on wanpkr — whether on sports events, live casino tables, slots, or other games — are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or market. General rules that apply across all wanpkr products include the following:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the wanpkr system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or payout being displayed, wanpkr reserves the right to void any affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• wanpkr uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino games. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player or by wanpkr.
• For live sports betting, once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled except where wanpkr's cash-out feature is available and activated by the player within the permitted window.

• Any bet placed in error — including wrong selection, wrong stake, or misunderstood market — is the player's sole responsibility. wanpkr is not obligated to refund bets placed in error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wanpkr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, AI systems, or any automated mechanism to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the wanpkr platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or sports betting pools.
• Using wanpkr for any money laundering activity or using the platform to transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider for deposits that have already been used for wagering.

All content on the wanpkr platform — including but not limited to the wanpkr brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wanpkr or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wanpkr platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any wanpkr content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any wanpkr intellectual property.
• Use the wanpkr name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Frame or scrape the wanpkr website for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of wanpkr intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The wanpkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and stability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wanpkr's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wanpkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wanpkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from platform use.
• Any service interruption caused by circumstances beyond wanpkr's reasonable control, including internet outages, network failures, or force majeure events.
• The content or availability of third-party payment providers used for deposits and withdrawals.

We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties.
